TSG101在宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌与卵巢癌中的表达及意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨TSG101在人宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌及卵巢癌中的表达及意义。方法福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋65例肿瘤标本进行HE和TSG101免疫组织化学染色,观察TSG101的表达情况。结果TSG101蛋白在25例宫颈癌,20例子宫内膜癌,20例卵巢癌中表达的阳性率分别为56.0%(14/25),30.0%(6/20),25.0%(5/20),三组比较差异无显著性;子宫内膜癌及卵巢癌组TSG101蛋白表达率随着肿瘤分级增高而降低。结论TSG101的表达与子宫内膜癌及卵巢癌的分化程度有关,其表达率与肿瘤分级呈负相关。
