摘要
小泉、安倍政权的内外政策表明,民族主义正在成为主导日本政治的重要因素,走出战后体制,成为“正常国家”是日本当前的主要目标。日本仍然要保持日美同盟,不会改变和平发展道路。当前日本的民族主义与战前不同,有其发展的必然性,但也有为右翼势力操纵的可能。因此,必须关注和研究日本的民族主义趋向,认真应对日本正在发生的变化。
The domestic and foreign policies of the Koizumi and Abe administration show that nationalism is becoming an important factor dominating Japanese politics. To get out of the postwar system and become 'a normal country' is Japan's current key goal. Japan continues to maintain the Japan-U.S. alliance, and will not alter the road of peaceful development. Japan's current nationalism is different from prewar, and has the necessity to develop, but it also may be manipulated by the right-wing forces. Therefore, we must pay attention to and study the Japanese nationalism trend and seriously deal with the changes that are taking place in Japan.
