摘要
重庆天然气净化总厂引进分厂硫回收装置由于原料酸气流量及H2S含量的显著下降,导致燃烧炉温度降低,燃烧火焰不稳定,过程气中有机硫含量明显上升,采用具有较强有机硫水解能力CT6-7催化剂后,获得了较好效果,使装置保持了较高硫回收率。
With the significant drop of the acid gas and the content of H2S in sulphur recovery unit of Yinjin plant in Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant General , the temperature in the reaction furnace was descended and flame became instable. The content of organic sulphur was obviously increased. After the application of catalyst CT6-7 with highly hydrolysis ability of organic sulphur, higher sulphur recovery rate was obtained in the unit.
