摘要 为得到一种简单可靠的大气压直流辉光放电方式,并提高直流辉光放电在织物表面处理领域的实用性,提出了一种孔阳极辅以轴向气流的直流大气压辉光放电装置。实验并记录和讨论了放电图像和放电电流波形,还根据约化伏安特性曲线确定了辉光转化的阈值电压。结果表明孔阳极与轴向气流配合可有效消除辉光放电的不稳定性,产生稳定的大气压直流辉光。另外,考察了放电发射光谱和电极轴线上的光强分布,并确认光强分布具有典型的辉光特征。 Under the impulse of industrial applications, much attention has been paid to atmospheric pressure gas discharges producing non-thermal plasma as attempts to be freed from those expensive vacuum devices. Historically, many of the past work have been focused on the Dielectric Barrier (silent) Discharge and the pulse-periodical corona discharge. But recently, a continuous glow discharge typical formed by pin-plane electrodes in horizontal gas flow, has been realized. Compared with the aforementioned two discharges, the continuous glow discharge is certainly a simpler and more effective discharge mode in many applications, especially in surface modifications. Up to now, many electrode configurations has been tested as attempts to improve usability of this discharge, evidently, the following work is certainly one among them. A DC atmospheric pressure glow discharge device which is composed of a hole anode and nozzle cathode has been deduced as an attempt to both obtain a more reliable DC atmospheric glow discharge and improve the practicability of the DC glow discharge in surface modification. In addition, an axial gas flow injected from the nozzle cathode serves to stabilize the glow. In order to verify the glow discharge state, discharge images and current waveforms have been recorded and discussed. The corona-glow transition threshold voltage has been judged from the reduced I-U characteristic. A reasonable conclusion can be drawn that the hole anode and the axial gas flow from the nozzle cathode are also effective manners for keeping a glow discharge steady. The discharge emission spectrum (200-800um) is mainly composed of the first ( B3 Ⅱg-A3 ∑+ u) and second ( C3 Ⅱu- B3 Ⅱg) positive system of N2. The optical emission intensity distribution along the axis also has been achieved for further understanding of this discharge.
