摘要 GABA_A(γ-aminobutyric acid)受体是脊椎动物和昆虫中枢神经系统的主要抑制性受体,其结构与功能已初步阐明。近年来,GABA_A受体激动剂和拮抗剂的研究成为开发新型药物的热点之一,利用哺乳动物与昆虫GABA受体结合位点的区别可开发高效、安全的杀虫剂。 GABAA (γ-aminobutyrie acid) receptor is a major inhibitory receptor at the central nervous system of vertebrates and iusects, the structures and functions of GABAA receptor have been explained preliminarily. Recent years,study of GABAA receptor agonists and antagonists has become one of the hotspots for developing novel drugs. It may facilitate the development of highly active and safer insecticides using differences in the structures of the binding sites between mammals and insects.
