摘要 采用浸渍法制备了不同含量MgO改性的HZSM-5催化剂,用XRD和吡啶吸附IR光谱两种实验手段对改性后的沸石进行表征,并考察了改性后的沸石样品对甲醇制烯烃反应的催化活性。结果表明,采用硝酸镁对HZSM-5的改性能够在催化剂表面形成MgO晶粒,起到窄化沸石孔道的作用,增加了HZSM-5的择形催化性能,并降低沸石表面的酸性,从而显著提高了HZSM-5沸石对低碳烯烃的选择性。 Various HZSM-5 catalysts modified with different MgO contents have been prepared by the immersion method. These modified zeolites are characterized by XRD and pyridine adsorption IR spectrum, furthermore, we examed the catalytic performance of these catalysts in the reaction of methanol to propene. The results showed, after we used magnesium nitrate to modify HZSM-5, the surface of the catalysts formed MgO grains which could narrow zeolites channels, the shape selective catalysis performance of HZSM-5 inceased, the acidity of the surface of the zeolites decreased. Therefore, this method increased the selectivity of light olefins of HZSM-5 zeolites remarkably.
