摘要
中国工业园区的发展已经过20多年的历程,但从现状来看,大部分园区只解决了企业的集聚问题,并未形成真正的产业集群。本文从产业链的角度出发,针对园区存在的主要问题,提出现阶段我国工业园区建设应实施基于产业链的集群化战略,即园区的发展要在产业链的基础上,逐步向专业化、集群化的高级阶段发展。
It has been more than 20 years since the beginning of the development of industrial zone in China, but according to the current situation, most zones have only made enterprises gather together but have not formed real industry cluster. From the angle of industry chain and in the light of the main problems existing in industr/al zones, this paper proposes that the clusterization strategy based on industry chain should be implemented at present in the construction of industrial zones, i.e. the development of zones should go in the direction of specialization and clusterization on the basis of industry chain.
