摘要
在球坐标激光跟踪测量系统中采用球坐标法可将空间运动物体的三维坐标求出。增量式编码器的精度对于整个测量系统的精度而言,占主导作用。本论文对输出信号为正弦信号的增量式编码器提出一种细分方法—相位编码细分方法,从原理上进行了深入的分析,井设计了硬件电路。与其他方法相比,该方法具有细分数高且任意可调的特点。
Moving object coordinate measurement is performed using laser tracking measurement system (LTS) that is based on spherical coordinate method. In LTS, angle measurement error is the main error source of the measurement system, which means that the resolution of rotary encoder is very important to the system accuracy. In this paper, an encoding method is proposed for improving the resolution of rotary encoder-phase encoding method. The principle of phase encoding method is analyzed in detail. The hardware was designed. Compared with other methods, the proposed phase encoding method has high and adjustable subdividing number.
