摘要
为获得综合性能较优的指尖密封结构,提出基于单元组合形式的指尖密封综合性能寻优方法,以低迟滞和低刚度的单目标优化结果分别形成密封单元结构,并以此为基础进行单元组合,得到组合式的指尖密封装置。计算了两种组合方式的指尖密封的迟滞率和刚度,并与单目标优化结构密封的相关性能进行了比较,结果表明,组合式密封的综合性能较单目标优化密封结构理想,说明这种单元组合思路是获得指尖密封迟滞和接触性能均优的可行途径。
In order to obtain the structure of finger method based on assembling finger cell was presented. seal with favorable comprehensive capability, a The assembling finger seal was constructured by the finger cells, which were formed by the single objective optimization with low hysteresis and low stiffness objective separately. The hysteresis and stiffness of two modes assembling finger seal were calculated herein. Combined with the finger seal constructured by the single objective optimization, the comprehensive capability of assembling finger seal is more rational. This assembling finger seal is feasible to obtain good hysteresis and contact performance.
