摘要
将镜像阻抗连接结构的输入输出对、镜像对和反射器对转化为十六端口网络元的形式,并用传递矩阵描述相应的网络元,把它们按网络元的排列顺序相乘便得到镜像阻抗连接结构的矩阵模型,利用边界条件将该模型降为二阶矩阵,以此求出声表面波滤波器的插值损耗。用SIMULINK对这一过程进行建模并得到了滤波器的动态仿真模型。然后代入基于氧化锌/金刚石/硅结构的瑞利波相速度和机电耦合系数的频散数据及其它相关参数,仿真得到了滤波器的插损频响。
Input-output pairs, image-impedance pairs and reflectors pairs of the image-impedance connection structure are transformed to the forms of network unit of sixteen ports. Each unit is described by a transfer matrix, which is multiplied according to the arrangement of network units to obtain a matrix model, Combining with boundary conditions, the model can be reduced to be 2×2 matrix, by which the insertion loss of SAWF can be calculated. This process was modeled by using SIMULINK to realize dynamic simulation. After inputting the dispersive phase velocity and electromechanical coupling coefficient data and other relevant parameters into the SIMULINK model and then simulating, the frequency responses of insertion loss were obtained.
