摘要
建立了苦味酸的电化学定量检测方法,在pH=5.5、0.1mol·L^-1 HAc-Nabc缓冲液中,苦味酸在玻碳电极上表现出良好的电化学活性,表面活性剂氯代十六烷基吡啶对苦味酸的还原电流有明显的增敏作用,在8.0×10^-7~2.0×10^-4 mol·L^-1范围内,苦味酸的还原电流与其浓度呈线性关系,检测限为1.9×10^-7 mol·L^-1。将此方法用于模拟废水中苦味酸的检测,回收率为97.8~103.5%。
Trinitrophenol exhibited good electrochemical response at the GC electrode in pH = 5.5, 0. 1 mol·L^-1 HAc -NaAc buffer solution, and it could be determined quantitatively with DPV method by detecting its reduction peak currents. The detection sensitivity has been enhanced significantly by the addition of the surfactant of cetyl pyridinium chloride. The linear calibration range was 8. 0×10^-7 to 2. 0×10^-4 mol·L^-1 , and the detection limit was established to be 1.9×10^-7 mol·L^-1 This method has also been applied to the determination of trinitrophenol in water sample, and the recovery was from 97.8 to 103. 5%.
