摘要
制造系统的动态可靠性不仅取决于系统零部件的失效模式,还与零部件的失效顺序密切相关。针对现有随机失效序列可靠性研究方法的不足,利用Petri网对动态系统的描述能力,将Petri网应用于动态可靠性及失效序列分析中。以系统Petri网模型为基础构造可达树,基于可达树得到系统所有可能的失效序列,给出了失效序列事件发生概率的计算方法,通过计算失效序列的发生概率求解系统动态可靠性指标。最后,以一制造单元实例验证方法的有效性。
The dynamic reliability of manufacturing system depends not only on the failure modes of system's components, but also on the sequence of components' failures. Aiming to solve the defects in the reliability analysis with sequential failures, a failure sequence analysis method for system dynamic reliability based on Petri nets is put forward due to its powerful capability in describing system dynamic behavior.The reachability tree is established based on system's Petri nets model, so all the possible failure sequences of the system can be got. By calculating the probabilities of all the failure sequences, the dynamic reliability indexes of the system is obtained. An example of a manufacturing cell is given to validate the effectiveness of the method.
