摘要
介绍一种可以进一步提高热风炉热风温度,降低燃料消耗的新技术。理论分析和实验结果表明,热风炉蓄热体表面高发射率涂层可以提高蓄热体的蓄热和放热能力,强化炉内辐射传热和蓄热体的导热,从而提高热风温度。350 m3高炉热风炉采用涂层后,热风温度提高了57℃。高发射率涂层技术为钢铁企业节能降耗提供实用且可行的新技术。
A new technology for improving hot blast temperature and decreasing fuel consumption with high emissivity coating on the regenerator of blast furnace (BF) hot stove were introduced. Theoretical analysis and experimental results showed that the high emissivity coating speeds up the heat-absorption and heat release process, strengthens heat transfer by radiation and heat conduction in the regenerator, improves heat transfer efficiency and the blast temperature. Application of coating in hot stoves of 350 m^3 BF indicated that the coating makes the blast temperature increase 57℃. It can be concluded that preparation of coating on heat regenerator surface provides a new practical and operable technology for energy saving in steel industry.
