摘要
五省际边境区域教师队伍不容乐观;课堂教学存在许多问题;依法治教的社会环境尚未形成;现代远程教育面临艰巨的任务;现代学校制度的建立任重道远。五省际边境区域全面建设小康社会的战略措施是:加强教师队伍建设;实施教学创新工程;完善教育执法制度;发展现代远程教育;建立现代学校制度。
The present situation of the teachers of the five provinces frontiers＇ regions is unoptimistic;there are a lot of malpractice in the classroom instruction ; the social environment of ruling education according to law is not formed; modern long- distance education is faced with arduous duty ; the building of modern school system is faced with a long way to go. The strategies of five provinces frontiers regions to construct well- off society is：strengthening the construction of the teachers troop; implementing instruction innovation project; improving the system of ruling education according to law;developing modern long- distance education;building modern school system.
