摘要
以某营运散货船为对象,从结构分析的角度分析散货船双层底结构损坏的根源是设计不满足规范要求及局部应力集中。结合营运船修理的经验提出增加纵桁和内底厚度等修理方案,同时对散货船双层底结构的设计和维修提出建议。
The damage causes of the double bottom structures in a service bulk carrier was analyzed by direct calculation method, which showed that the design cannot fit the requirements of Rules and Regulations of Ship duo to the stress concentration. In light of the experience of ship repair, the repair plan of adding bottom girders and thickening the plate of inner bottom was proposed. The paper also gave suggestion of design and maintenance for the double bottom structures of bulk carriers.
