摘要
根据接触器产品结构特点,结合检测要求设计电气性能检测台。由工控微机自动控制,由一块两轴PCI专用控制卡MPC02控制两台步进电机;检测程序通过调用动态链接库文件驱动各板卡,采用Microsoft VB6.编0程,在Windows98平台上使用。该测控系统完全满足接触器参数测量系统高精度定位和生产线检测节奏快速启动的要求,不仅具有较大柔性,而且适应生产现场的变化与调整。
According to contactor structural characteristics of the product, combined with test requirements, design for electrical performance microcomputer tester was made. It is automatically controlled by an industrial micro-computer, with two sets of step motor controlled by a PCI special control MPC02 card with dual shafts; test programs are via using dynamic linkage store document to drive each cards and boards, in adoption of microsoft VB.6.0 for programming to be used on Windows98 platform. The test control system fully meets the requirements of contactor parameter measurement high precision positioning and production line testing beat fast start, not only with larger flexibility, but also adaptable for change and adjustment on production site.
