摘要
通过调查126家企业,本文试图对企业战略形成过程进行分类,并探索战略形成过程差异的组织因素。通过聚类分析,发现我国企业战略形成过程存在着四种类型,其主要特征表现在命令、适应、愿景、外部约束等方面。研究也发现,所有制类型、企业发展阶段对企业的战略形成过程具有显著影响。
The article attempts to classify strategy formation processes and explore the influencing factors of different strategy formation processes. Applying method of clustering, four patterns, separately with characteristics of command, adaptive, vision and external constrains, are founded among the 126 enterprises operating in China. The findings also indicate that types of ownership and stages of finn development have significant effect on strategy formation processes.
