复创汤对子宫内膜术后患者血清EGF和IL-1水平的影响

摘要 目的:探讨复创汤促进子宫内膜射频消融术后创面修复的作用及其机制。方法:围绝经期功能性出血患者30例,随机分为A、B 2组各15例,均采用子宫内膜射频消融术治疗,术后静脉滴注抗生素3 d并常规护理。A组同时加用中药复创汤,每日1剂,共服10 d。于治疗前后测定2组患者血清中表皮生长因子(EGF)和白介素-1(IL-1)的含量。结果:术前30 min时,血清中EGF和IL-1的含量治疗组与对照组比较均差异无显著性意义;术后2周,与术前比较,2组均明显上升(P<0.01);与B组比较,A组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:复创汤能促进子宫内膜术后患者EGF和IL-1的释放从而发挥治疗作用。 Objective: to study the effect of fuchuang decoction to promote wound healing after radiofrequency-induced endometrial ablation and the mechanism. Methods: Thirty patients subject to radiofrequency-induced endometrial ablation were randomly divided into two groups (each group having 15 cases) ; group A subject to routine treatment and Fuchuang decoction treatment, and group B only to routine treatment. The contents of EGF and IL-1 before and after the treatment were determined. Results: Both two groups had higher serum EGF and IL-1 levels after operation than before operation. EGF and IL-1 in group A were significantly higher than in group B (P-〈0.05). Conclusion: Fuehuang decoction can promote EGF and IL-1 release after radiofrequency-induced endometrial ablation.
