摘要 研究了在不同干燥温度、湿度、时间条件下偶联剂对液体硅橡胶与环氧玻璃丝复合绝缘材料粘接强度的影响及在界面条件相同而胶料硫化温度、硫化时间不同的工艺条件下对界面粘接强度的影响。结果表明,偶联剂在不同温度下,经室温自然晾干的试样比烘干的试样粘接强度高;在相同室温下,LSR胶料用偶联剂的干燥时间为45min较合适;干燥条件相同、硫化温度不同的情况下,最佳硫化温度为120℃,硫化时间为30min~75min;LSR胶料经一段硫化后,无需进行二段硫化。 Study has been made on the effect of the coupling agent on the adherent strength between LSR and epoxy FRP at different temperature, humidity and time, as well as effect of different processing parameters such as vulcanizing temperature and duration on the adherent strength at the same interface. The result shows that the coupling agent makes higher strength while during by airing at room temperature then that while drying at higher temperature. The appropriate drying time for LSR coupling agent at the same room temperature is 45 min, the optimum vulcanizing temperature is 120℃ at same drying condition, with duration of 50 min-75 min. Secondary vulcanization for LSR polymer is not necessary.
