The article gives a detail description of working principle, construction of hardware and software design for Intelligent Control System of multi-turn electric valve actuators. The control system is an intelligent control system for valve, which has remarkable functions of a remote automatic control, a remote manual control, a local manual man-machine conversation interface by using 16-bit control, signal inspection, failure indication, and MCU made by Freescale as central processing unit.
