摘要
运用安全系统工程模糊决策方法,分析天津市东丽区驯海路的不安全因素,建立双层多因素集,通过线性代数运算评价,计算出驯海路定量安全性,从而得出道路是否需要整改的结论,并提出改进措施。
This paper aims at the road transportation circumstance of Tianjin city, using the misty decision method of safe system engineering, taking Xunhai road in Dongli District of Tianjin city as an example, analyzing the insecurity factor of that road and then building up a pair of factor gathers with many layers. Through the linear algebra operation evaluation, the safety of Xunhai road is computed. Thus getting the whole conclusion whether a road needs change or not, then finally putting forward the measure which can improve the whole situation.
