摘要
目的:建立芍甘胶囊中甘草铵的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为YWG C18(150min×4.6min,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.017mol/L磷酸水溶液-三乙胺(35:65:0.3);检测波长为250nm,流速为0.8ml/min。结果:甘草铵在72—216mg/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.42%,RSD为1.84%。结论:本法灵敏、准确、重现性好、精密度高、专属性强,可用于芍甘胶囊中甘草铵的含量测定和质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method of ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Shaogan Capsules. METHODS The determination was carried out by HPLC with a YWG C18 ( 150 mm 4.6mm,5 μm) column, acetonitrile -0.017 mol/L phosphate triethylamine (356: 656:0.3 ) as mobile phase, detection wavelength was at 250 nm, flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. RESULTS Ammonium glycyrrhizinate showed a good linear relationship at the range of 72 - 216 mg/L, r = 0.999 8. The average recovery was 100.42% and RSD was 1.84%. CONCLUSION The method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible, specific and can be used for quality control of Shaogan Capsules.
