摘要
目的探讨手术配合CIK过继免疫法治疗非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的疗效。方法40例NSCLC患者按配对的原则分为联合治疗组（手术＋免疫治疗）20例，单纯手术组20例；观察两组患者近期疗效、生活质量、免疫学指标、癌胚抗原（CEA）等的变化。结果联合治疗组与单纯手术组Karnofsky评分总提高率分别为85．0％、45．5％（P〈0．05）。两组治疗前T淋巴细胞亚群、B细胞、CEA含量比较差异无统计学意义；联合治疗组治疗后2个月与治疗前比较，CD4^＋和CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值、NK细胞、CEA含量明显提高（P〈0．05），且优于单纯手术组（P〈0．05）。结论采取外科手术与CIK过继免疫联合治疗，能提高NSCLC患者的生活质量，改善其免疫功能，降低其CEA含量。
Objective To explore the effect of CIK with surgical treatment on patients with non- small-cell lung cancer. Methods 40 cases of non-small cell lung caner were divided into combination treatment group（surgical treatment＋CIK）（n=20） and surgical group（n=20）for observation of life quality, immunity indexes and CEA. Results The improvement rate of life quahiy was 85.0 % and 45.5 % respectively in combination treatment group and surgical group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in T lymphocyte, NK cell, and CEA before treatment in both groups. CD4^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋, CEA, and NK cell in combination with CIK group after 2 month treatment were improved, which was superior to surgical group（P 〈0.05）..Conclusion Surgical treatment combined with CIK can improve the life quality, immunity function and CEA of patients with lung cancer.
