摘要
本文根据铸件焊接过程中温度场、应力场的特点，设计了温度、应力测试系统。在弄清影响系统输出主要因素的基础上，确定了热输出标定方法和测试方案，并应用该系统对铸件焊接过程中的温度场与应力场进行了测试。初步弄清了温度场、应力场的变化规律．
Based on the characteristics of temperature and thermal strsess distribution, a measuringsystem was developed for evaluating those distributions of castings in the welding process. And bymeans of this system,the investigations were made on the temperature and thermal stress distribution ofcastings in the welding process.
