摘要
艺术设计教育的迅猛发展需要高校走复合型人才培养之路,综合性大学设置艺术设计专业,在办学模式上应也与传统美术学院有所不同,以满足社会对艺术类人才不断变化和发展的不同需求。以经、管类学科为主的南京财经大学艺术设计专业依托本校优势,制定艺术设计专业设计与管理复合型人才培养方案,并贯彻在教学活动中,逐步进行艺管复合型人才培养模式的探索与实践。
The rapid development of Art Design Education requires the training of compound talents in the institutions of higher learning. When setting up the major of Art Design in comprehensive universities, the running mode should also be different with the traditional art colleges to meet the ever - changing and developing social needs.
Nanjing University of Finance and Economics is mainly on the subjects of Economics and Management. Taking the advan- tages of it, Department of Art Design develops the training program of compound talents in the major of art design and manage- ment, and carries it out through the teaching activities. Gradually, an effective mode is expected to be explored and even put into practice.
