摘要
如何稿活国有大小型企业,是目前中国经济体制向纵深发展过程中的重点和难点问题本文围绕工资激励问题,根据行为科学理论,借鉴国外有关举措,并结合中国实际对此作出探索,去寻求国有企业内部分配的理顺搞活的途径.
How to stipulate and strengthen large and midium-sized state-owned enterprises is the vital proplem of China economy institution reform. Considering Chinese situation and applying foreign advanced theory, this paper presents different methods for stimulating inter-distribution in state-owned enterprises, especially concentrating on wage motivation by relative behaviour sciences theory.
