论述了发动机低温冷启动的危害和预热启动的必要性。介绍了一种泵循环机体电预热器的结构和原理。该预热器功率可达1 500W,与同类设计相比,预热速度更快。在一台1.6L排量汽油发动机所做的预热启动试验表明,在-15℃的环境温度下使用该预热器可把机体在40m in内预热到40℃以上,使预热时间缩短80%;与冷启动相比,可使怠速暖机时间缩短90%,每次启动可降低耗油量约0.4L;铝质油底壳可改善对机油的预热效果。
A new pump-circulation plug-in engine block heater is presented with its structure and working principle described. The heater has a power of 1500W so can warm up the engine block quicker than its counterparts. The preheating start test on a 1.6L gasoline-fueled engine shows that the heater can warm up the engine block to above 40℃ in 40 min. at an ambient temperature of - 15℃ and can reduce the preheating period by 80%. Compared with cold start, it can reduce the idling warm-up period by 90% and the fuel consumption in one start by about 0.4L. In addition, it also shows that using aluminum oil sump can improve the oil preheating effect.
