陶瓷滤芯制备饮用水试验分析

摘要 为了解决野外作业小分队的供水保障难题,采用陶瓷滤芯作为小型净水器过滤单元制备饮用水。分析了陶瓷滤芯过滤机理,讨论了陶瓷滤芯在给水处理中的特点,进行了陶瓷滤芯过滤重庆段长江水制备饮用水试验,出水水质符合生活饮用水水质卫生标准,产水量较大。研究了陶瓷滤芯污染机理,进行了机械清洗试验。得出了陶瓷滤芯可将一般的地表水一次性净化成合格饮用水、产水量大和易于清洗的结论。 To ensure water supply to small units working in field, "the small-scale water purifier" adopts the ceramic filter to produce drinking water. The filtering mechanism and the character of the ceramic filter in water treatment were discussed. According to the test of the water of Changjiang River in Chongqing as raw water, the quality of the filtered water accords with the standard for drinking water and the yield of water is large. The pollution mechanism of the ceramic filter was probed and the test of machinery cleaning technique done. The conclusion is reached that the ceramic filter can turn the general surface water into aualified drinking water and is easy to be cleaned.
