摘要
节能建筑在委托设计时首先要将其目标设定为提高能源终端利用效率,从全方位、全寿命周期来考虑设计方案;通过多学科技术、多部门环节的相互沟通和配合,多专业化的模拟计算和量化设计,尤其是设计人员与开发商的通力合作和开发商对节能技术和产品的优势整合作用,实现设计的建筑达到节能、环保、控制投资和运行成本的综合目的。
Firstly, the goal of commission design of energy-saving buildings should be set to improve energy end-use efficiency, and design projects should be considered from all directions and entire life cycle. Through communicating and cooperating from multi subject and multi sector together with each other, and applying multi specialized simulating and quantifying design, especially the cooperation between design staff and developers, and integration of the advantages of energy-saving technologies and products from developers, building energy-saving, environmental protection, controlling investment and operation costs will be achieved.
