摘要
在静子和转子均为柔性的情况下,对带有不平衡量的Jeffcott转子,碰摩处的局部变形采用当量线性弹簧模型,利用摄动方法,对柔性转子柔性静子系统的扰动运动进行同步全周碰摩运动的分析;获得同步全周碰摩解的参数存在区;求出该区域内同步全周碰摩解的解析表达式;讨论了同步全周碰摩解的稳定性;寻找了稳定范围数值解。
The synchronous full annular rub motion(SFARM) induced by the rotor's mass unbalance is studied analytically,considering the flexibility of both the stator and the rotor.The linear spriog model of the contact force is accepted to represent the local impact-deformation character.The equivalent stiffness coefficient of the linear model is evaluated by an analytical formula provided by the authors.The exact solutions of the SFARM and the running speed regions in which the rub phenomenon exists are both obtained.The dynamic stability of the SFARM is studied analytically as well as numerically.
