摘要
[目的]探讨舒适护理配合指压穴位对产妇分娩镇痛的效果。[方法]将120例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组2组,分别对分娩疼痛变化、疼痛程度和第1、2、3和总产程时间进行比较。[结果]观察组在减轻疼痛,加快产程等方面有优势。[结论]舒适护理配合指压穴位是一种无创伤,无副作用,简单有效,可行的无痛分娩方法。
[ Objective] To approach to efficacy of comfort care and finger pressing of the acupoints for labor pain of parturient. [Methods] 120 partuients were randomly divided into two groups： experimental group and control group. The diversity of labor pain, pain tendency and labor＇s time were compared in the two groups. [ Results] Release of pain, quickening of birth process in experimental group.were superior to that in control group. [Conclusions] Comfort care combined with finger pressing of the acupoints is a noninvasive, convenient and effective painless labor methods with no side-effect.
