摘要
用作者等提出的柴油机轴系耦合振动理论计算了某船用大功率中速柴油机轴系的强烈的耦合振动.计算与实测结果的对比分析表明作者等提出的耦合理论不但适用于长行程低速大功率柴油机而且适用于中速柴油机,进一步证实了耦合机理的正确性.还提出了避免轴系强耦合振动的措施.
It is increasingly found that many vibration problems of marine diesel engine shaftings, which can become serious threat to the crankshaft safety, are related to the coupling effects. The coupling theory between torsional and axial vibration is presented and the calculation method is introduced. Comparisons of calculated and measured results for a marine medium speed diesel engine shafting's coupled vibrations show that the coupling theory can exactly explain all the coupled phenomena of the crankshafting. Also the authors give out some suggestions on the marine shaft design from the point of view of coupling effect.
