摘要
目的探讨中学生的心理健康状况及心理问题与父母养育方式的关系。方法采用症状自评量表、父母养育方式评价量表、基本资料问卷,以现况研究整群抽样的方法在北京市顺义区某所中学初高中学生中抽取初一到初三年级9个班、高一到高三年级9个班的学生,采用问卷调查方式调查学生共890名。结果症状自评量表筛选出的有心理问题的人数为165例,占总人数的18.54%,相关分析表明,SCL-90总分及各项因子分与父母养育方式评价量表的父母亲严厉惩罚、父亲过分干涉过度保护、父母亲拒绝否认等项呈显著性意义的正相关;SCL-90敌对项因子与母亲干涉过度保护呈显著性意义的负相关,抑郁项因子分与父母亲温暖理解项呈显著性意义的负相关;父母亲偏爱与SCL-90总分,人际关系、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执等因子分呈显著性意义的相关关系。结论初、高中学生的心理异常与父母教养方式有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the psychological health status and mental problems of middle school students and the parental rearing patterns. Methods A total of 890 students sampled from 18 classes of Grade One to Grade 6 of a middle school in Shunyi District of Beijing were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL - 90), Egma Minnen av Bardndesnauppforstran(EMBU) and Basic Data Questionnaire (BDQ), The .sample method was a cross-sectional and cluster sampling. Results SCL- 90 investigation showed 165 students had mental problems (18. 54%). Correlation analysis showed that the total scores of SCL- 90 and the scores of each factor were positively correlated with parents' scathing punishment, the father's exorbitant interference and excessive protections, parents' brush-off and denial, The scores of the hostile factors were negatively correlated with mothers' interference and excessive protections. The .scores of the depression factors were significantly negatively correlated with parents' warmth and comprehension. Parent' s affection was significantly correlated with the total scores of SCL-90 and the scores of the factors such as social interaction, depression, hostile, dread, and rabidity. Conclusions Mental abnormality of the middle school students was significantly correlated with the parental rearing patterns,
