摘要
为了考察了3种催化剂(铅盐、铜盐和炭黑)对固体推进剂燃速的影响,运用均匀设计方法和多元回归数学模型分析研究燃烧催化剂的作用规律。结果表明:在所选的范围内,铅盐和炭黑对推进剂燃速影响较大,铜盐起辅助作用,同时三者存在相互交互作用,并随着压力的变化而呈现不同的表现形式。通过均匀设计试验结果,获得了使固体推进剂燃烧性能较佳的催化剂铅盐、铜盐和炭黑组合。
In order to observe the effect of combustion catalysts on burning rate of solid propellant, the catalytic action of composite catalysts in the combustion of solid propellant was studied by uniform design and regression analysis of mathematical model. The results indicate that lead salt and carbon black affect the burning rate of solid propellant more greatly than copper salt. At the same time, there are interactions among lead salt, copper salt and carbon black. Their actions appear as the different expression forms with the change of pressure in the pressure range selected. By means of uniform design experimentation, the preferable combination among the contents of lead salt, copper salt and carbon black was obtained for the combustion performance of solid propellant.
