摘要
近年来苜蓿种质资源的数量急剧增加,为苜蓿的改良和育种工作提供了广阔的前景,但也给苜蓿种质资源的收集、保存、研究和利用带来了诸多不便,因此构建一个苜蓿的核心种质势在必行。系统地阐述了苜蓿核心种质的构建、管理和利用,论述了快速发展的生物技术,尤其是分子标记技术在苜蓿核心种质构建中的应用。
