炭黑对子午线轮胎胎面胶导热特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用正交试验法研究炭黑N330,N339和N351用量对子午线轮胎胎面胶导热特性的影响。结果表明,3种炭黑对胶料导热系数的影响顺序由大到小为N351,N339,N330;炭黑N351/N339/N330的最佳用量比为35/35/20;胶料导热系数随同一系列炭黑粒径的增大而增大,并与温度具有较好的线性关系;胶料导热系数随炭黑总用量的增大呈上升趋势。 The influence of the black N330,N339 and N351 on the heat conductivity of radial tire tread were investigated with orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the influences of 3 types of carbon black on the heat conductivity of tread were in the order of N351〉N339〉N330; the optimum addition levels of black N351,N339 and N330 were 35,35 and 20 phr respectively; the heat conductivity of tread increased with the particle size of the same series black and quite linearly with the temperature ; and the heat conductivity of tread increased with the total levels of carbon black.
