摘要
首先阐述液压冲击器的工作原理,然后建立冲击活塞的动力学方程,建立液压冲击铲虚拟样机的技术路线。利用Pro/e和Adams软件相结合建立液压冲击器的机械本体和液压系统的仿真模型,进行样机的仿真分析,检验设计的合理性,为冲击器的设计制造奠定了坚实的理论基础。
Hydraulic impulsion tool finishes impulsion, utilities hydraulic pressure to push cylinder to -and -fro moving. At first working scheme of the hydraulic impulsion tool is narrated. Then the kinetic equation of the impulsion piston and technological route of virtual prototype on hydraulic impulsion tool are set up. The Pro/e soft and the Adams soft are combined to set up mechanical model and hydraulic simulation model of hydraulic impulsion tool, and then correlative simulation is done, The simulation analysis checks the rationality of design and increases the feasibility of the machine being produced triumphantly.
