摘要
实验室制备磷钨酸/SiO2催化剂。以α-烯烃(C8)为原料,在微型固定床反应器进行聚合实验,考察了其聚合工艺条件以及催化剂的性能。实验证明,当磷钨酸的负载质量分数为18%时,催化剂的活性最好。得到的聚合油经280℃蒸馏剪切,取280℃以上的重油为润滑油基础油。润滑油基础油的收率54.8%,粘度10.48 mm.s-1,催化剂寿命70 h。
Phosphotungstic acid supported on silica were prepared. Polymerization of α-olefins over the catalyst were studied in a small fixed-bed reactors. The process condition for α-olefins polymerization and properties of the catalyst were investigated. The results showed that optimum catalytic activity was attainedat phosphotungstic acid loading of 18% (mass fraction). Oil resulting from the polymerization was distilled at 280 ℃, and heavier distillate above 280 ℃ was taken as lubricant base oil. Base oil yield of i 54.8% was attained, with its viscosity of 10.48 mm^2· s^-1, and catalyst service life of 70 h.
