摘要
在自制的结晶器内,根据CaCO3结晶介稳区理论,利用临界pH法考察阻垢剂ATMP浓度与循环冷却水中Ca2+浓度的临界关系,得到45℃、pH=9的条件下阻垢剂ATMP最低用量的估算公式,并对此公式用模拟循环冷却水进行了验证。
Based on calcium carbonate scale metastable region theory, the concentration relation of the ATMP and the calcium in circulating cooling water system has been studied by critical pH method in the self-made crystal ware. A formula at 45 ℃ and pH = 9 has been proposed to estimate the optimum scale inhibitor dosage. This formula is validated in simulative cooling water.
