摘要
通过研究在线液－液萃取ＦＩＡ－ＧＦＡＡＳ法测定环境样品中超痕量金的方法，着重探讨了重力分相器的应用前景及其限定条件。在线萃取测定中，Ａｇ的检出限为０．０３ｎｇ／ｍｌ，１ｕｇ／ｍｌＡｕ的测定精度为２．７％（ｎ＝１１），采样频率为３６次／时，富集倍数为２０倍。
A flow injection on--line liquid-liquid extraction method for the determination of ultra trace gold in environmental samples by GFAAS is studied in this paper. The application as well as limitations of thegravitational phase separater are studied also.The determination limit is 0.03 ng/ml for An and the precisic,n is 2.7%( n =11)when the concentration of An is 1 ng/ml. The sampling rate is36 samples per hour.It is. obtained that this method enhancement factor is 20.
