摘要
对新型防松结构的防松原理、受力状态进行了分析。其特点是在螺栓端部连接一个锁紧零件,该零件加工有内外螺纹,内螺纹与螺栓杆相联接,外螺纹即螺栓主螺纹。内螺纹螺距大于外螺纹螺矩。当拧紧螺母后再反向转动锁紧零件、由于内外螺纹螺距的不同,在旋合螺纹牙支承面间始终保持一个不变的正压力。
The looseproof principle and the state of force of a new type of looseproof structure are analysed. The character of this structure is that a locking part is connected with the end of bolt. The locking part is machined with inner and outer thread. The inner thread is joined with boltpole. The outer thread is the main thread of bolt. The pitch of inner thread is larger than that of outer thread. When a nut wringed and then the locking part turned reversely, a constant perpendicular pressure may be maintained steadfastly on the supporting plane of coordinate thread so that the purpose for looseproof can be achieved because of the difference of thread pitchs between the inner thread and outer thread.
