摘要
能值理论可用以衡量和分析整个自然和人类社会经济系统,定量分析资源环境与经济活动的真实价值,对于合理利用自然资源,制定正确的经济发展方针,实施可持续发展战略,具有重要的现实意义。通过运用一系列能值分析指标对山东省环境—经济系统的发展现状进行了评估,并从能值角度提出了山东省实施可持续发展目标的对策。
Energy theory provides a common denominator for the measurement of the value of environmental resources and economy in an environmental-economic system. Indices and ratios based on energy flows can be calculated and used to evaluate the behavior of the whole system. Besides, it can enable us to make reasonable strategies for economic development for the sake of sustainable development. This paper makes energy analysis in respect to the environmental-economic system of Shandong Province, assesses the status quo of environmental-economic development and proposes measures for the sustainable development of Shandong Province.
