摘要
秋冬季生殖的真鲷胚胎发育的适宜水温低于27℃而高于15℃,最适水温在24~18℃范围之内;胚胎发育的生物学零度是10.6℃,胚胎发育时间与水温呈显著的负相关关系,仔、稚鱼对降温的适应能力与其个体大小,起止温度高低正相关,而与水温的下降速度、下降幅度负相关,水温低于15℃时容易出现仔、稚鱼大量死亡。
篢he suitable temperature for embryonic development of the Autumn-Winterspowning groups of Red Bream,Pagrus major was below 27℃ and above 15℃,24~18℃was thought to be the optimal temperature.Biological minimium temperature for the eggdevelopment was estimated tp be 10.6℃. The time of the embryonic development wasshorter with higher temperature,and followed the formula:H=338.2259/T-10.6247.The adaptability of the larval and post-larval at lower temperature was related normal-ly to their own body size,the beginning and ending of temperature of the experiments,and related negatively to the speed and range of the changing of water temperature.When the temperature was below 15℃,the mass-mortability could be easily caused.
