摘要
将成人睾丸Ｌｅｙｄｉｎｇ细胞分离，纯化，体外培养后，按每个受者给予２×１０＾０７个Ｌｅｙｄｉｎｇ细胞给９例男性性腺功能低下症患者术后血睾酮水平均明显升高，其中６例达到正常水平，９例患才均有不同程度的男性性功能改善，３例患者男性第二性征恢复。
Adult human leydig cells to the number of 2×10~7 cultured in vitro were collected and injected into the musculi vastus medialis in patients with hypogonadism due to various causes. No immunosuppressive agent was used in all cases after transplantation.Results showed that all patients had a significantly increased level of serum testosterone and improved male sexual poten- cy,and that 3 of them appeared to recover the secondary sexual characters.It is suggested that the transplantation of human leydig cells was a new,effective treatment for male hypogonadism.
