摘要
介绍了用Si(Li)探测器作探头的携带式高分辨合金分析仪的结构原理和实测结果.其仪器的分析范围可覆盖Ag,Cd,Sn,Sb,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Hf,Au,Ta,W,Pb,Bi,Zr,Nb和Mo等元素.采用109Cd和55Fe作激发源,由笔记本式计算机与电子插件所组成的计算机多道分析系统,实现数据的采集和显示、元素间干扰效应的修正。
The authors described the principle and structure of a portable high resolution alloy analyzer with a portable Si(Li) detector and gave the results for diffrent alloy measured with the analyzer.The element coverage covered Ag,Cd,Sn,Sb,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Hf,Au,Ta,W,Pb,Bi,Zr,Nb and Mo etc.Nuclei 109 Cd and 55 Fe were used as exciting source.A notebook computer and electronics formed a computer multichannel analysis system for acquisition and display of data,correction of interelement effects,indentification of alloy,quick search the alloy mark and its constituent.
