摘要
利用光镜和电镜对蛤蚧的卵巢结构和卵泡发育进行观察研究.成年蛤蚧卵巢由生殖基、卵巢壁和不同发育阶段的卵泡所组成.卵原细胞位于生殖基内.第一卵巢仅有一个生殖基.卵泡发育整个过程经历卵原细胞期、初级卵泡期、生长卵泡期和成熟卵汇期4个时期.在生长卵泡期,同形滤泡细胞转变成为形态和功能各异的3种细胞——小细胞、中间细胞和梨形细胞;随后再由异形细胞变为同形细胞,这种现象是有鳞类爬行动物独有的特征.卵泡一般由卵母细胞、滤泡细胞层和鞘构成.在每一卵巢中,一年最多只有一个卵泡能发育成为成熟卵泡.
This paper deals with the studies of the ovarian structure and developing follicle of gecko( Gekko gecko ) by means of light microscopy and electron microscopy. It reveals that the ovary of the adult gecko is composed of germinal bed, ovary wall and follicles in different strages. The oogonium reside in germinal bed. There is only a germinal bed in each ovary. The entire course of the developing follical can be divided into four stages, i.e. oogonium,primary follicle, growing follical and mature follicle. During the growing follcle stage, the fopllicle cells in follicle cell layer transform the homomorphic cells into polymorphic cells which consist of three cell types the small cell, intermediate cell and pyriform cell. And then transform these polymorphic cells into homomorphic cells. this feature appears to be exclusive to the squamate reptiles. Generally, the components of the follicle includes oocyte, follicle cell layer(s) and theca. In every year, at most a follicle can develop into mature follicle in an ovary.
