摘要
应用体视学方法对３４例不同月龄的人工引产胎儿及死胎胃标本进行胃腺壁细胞定量研究，结果显示胎儿胃腺壁细胞体密度（Ｖｖ）、表面积密度（Ｓｖ）、数密度（Ｎｖ）均随着胎儿的发育而增加．核体密度（Ｖｖｍ．ｃ）则随着胎儿发育而变小．
The parietal cell development of gastric grand is quantitatively studied by stereologicalmethod. Samples from thirty four cases of artificial abortive or deadborn fetus in different development stages have been investigated. The results show that the volume density (Vv ), surfacedensity (Sv ) and numerical density (Nv ) in the parietal cells increase with the developmentstages while the nucleus - volume density (Vtm,c ) decreases.
