摘要
中国高等教育文献保障体系和全国文化信息资源共享工程建设，实际上是在全国范围内建立近2000个区域信息中心；各高校电子资源快速增加和设备老化也需要建立区域信息中心。文章给出了构建区域信息中心的原则和系统总体架构，以及区域信息中心建设实例。
The construction of the Chinese higher education literature safeguard system and the national culture information resource sparing engineering establishes nearly 2000 digital resources region information centers in the nationwide scale as a matter of fact. The fast increasing of electronic resources and the aging of equipments also need to establish the region information center. This article has given the construction principle and the overall system construction of region inforrnation center, as well as the construction example of it.
