摘要
素质教育的实施需要一种环境,校园是进行大学生素质教育的最主要阵地,校园文化的氛围,校园内教学、科研、人才培养等一系列活动都与学生素质息息相关,因此,加强校园文化建设对实施素质教育具有十分重要的意义。
Establishing a proper circumstance is very necessary to carry out quality education, and college campus is the most important place for quality education. The atmosphere of campus culture and a series of activities such as teaching, scientific research, talent cultivation and so on are closely related to qualities of the students. Therefore, it has the great significance to reinforce the construction of campus culture so as to realize the all-around development education.
