摘要
对南通市体育会展中心主体育场沿曲面运行的刚性开闭屋盖结构设计进行了研究。研究表明由于支承结构具有有限刚度的特点,以及相互作用的支承结构、活动屋盖的超静定性质,对结构变形、内力以及台车反力的精确分析都必须基于基础-固定屋盖-活动屋盖一体化的力学模型。对活动屋盖和固定屋盖的刚度匹配进行了专项研究,以台车反力基本均衡为主要目标进行了参数分析,明确了活动屋盖竖向刚度必须显著小于固定屋盖竖向刚度的设计原则;揭示了活动屋盖自身曲面内的刚度对保证固定屋盖整体稳定的重要性。对活动屋盖与固定屋盖间相对变形产生的温度因素、几何构成因素、结构姿态因素等逐项进行计算分析,为合理的施工安装程序和设备调试原则提供了依据。
The rigid retractable roof moving along curved surface was studied. Due to the limited rigidity of the support substructure and statically indeterminate properties, a structural model combining foundation, support and movable sub-structures were established to acquire accurate results of structural deformation, inner force and reaction at trolley. The suitable rigidity ratio of supporting and movable roof was discussed. In order to achieve uniform trolley reactions, the study made it clear that the vertical rigidity of movable roof should be less than the supporting one, while the movable roof can afford its stiffness in curved surface to raise the stable capacity of the supporting roof. The factors which produce the relative deformation between movable and supporting roofs, such as temperature, geometrical features and the locations of the movable roof were analyzed.
